I recommend Don't use CaMelCaSe in folder names.
Also use Wamp https://wampserver.aviatechno.net/ not xampp. With Wamp you can have several instances of Joomla e.g. Wamp's \www\joomla01, \www\joomla02 etc. Also you can change php etc on the fly.
